- In Govt. colleges of Bihar, 15% of the MBBS seats are allotted under the All India Quota (AIQ) through MCC Counseling and 85% through the state quota counselling conducted by Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board.
- In Private Colleges of Bihar, 100% of the MBBS seats are allotted through the Bihar State Quota counselling.
